Interactive Lecture
How does Austria work?
Organisation: Austrian Cultural Forum in Warsaw, KOMMA, GFPS, Faculty of Neophilology of the University of Warsaw
What does the everyday work life in Austria look like? What are the customs and values in the workplace, which behaviors are appreciated, and which should be avoided? How is communication handled, how is work organized, and how are interpersonal relationships built in offices and institutions? The speaker, Ines Vodanovic, will answer these and many other questions in an interactive lecture, sharing practical tips, engaging examples from professional life in Austria, and her own experiences.
Participants will also learn about the Austrian approach to professional development and learning, acquiring new skills, and mutual support in the workplace. They will have the opportunity to actively join the discussion, ask questions, and share their own observations.
