Funding Opportunities by the Austrian Cultural Forum Warsaw

What do we support?

The Austrian Cultural Forum Warsaw supports projects that deepen cultural and scientific exchange between Austria and Poland. We provide organizational, logistical, and financial assistance.

Who is eligible for funding?

• Austrian artists, scientists, and cultural projects with a clear Austrian connection.

• Projects whose implementation would be impossible or significantly restricted without our support.

How to apply for funding?

Please contact us well in advance—ideally by 1 September of the preceding year.

Submission deadlines:

• Projects from January to April: by 1 October of the preceding year

• Projects from May to August: by 1 February

• Projects from September to December: by 1 June

What information must be included in the application?

• Title and brief description of the project

• Type of event

• Date and venue

• Partner organizations

• Participating individuals from Austria

• Target audience and expected audience size

• Clear financial details

What are your obligations if funding is granted?

• Visibility of the Cultural Forum’s logo on all promotional materials

• Timely approval of promotional materials by the Cultural Forum

• Immediate notification of any significant organizational changes

What happens after the event?

After completing your project, please send us brief feedback via email including:

• Estimated audience size

• Short comments on how the event went

• Links to press coverage and photos

•  E-Rechnung!!!!
